The project was part of a bid for new diamond plans workable to the once designed as the target area. In consideration of the fact that woodcut 1 and woodcut 2 are proximal to each other, the vital concept of the diamond is ‘a trappy garden where two complexes meet each other.’ All units squatter south. The plan includes a garden-like inside square that’s as large as Seoul Plaza and a water space, both of which are shared by the two complexes. Cool winds, unshut views on both eastern and western sides, warm sunshine, and large untried spaces are major features of this plan. In particular, each residence unit entails a 4-Bay plan, which secures 3.5 times increasingly storage space than in the original plan, for a larger and increasingly pleasant living space. According to the ‘Welcome Platform’ plan, the lobby includes a courtyard and narrow porch. To promote the community, the polity facility is 1.5 times larger than in the original plan.
